If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

The App is a skill-based entertainment game. It is not gambling, not an investment product, and does not offer cash prizes, transferable assets, or guaranteed outcomes.
Any virtual badges, scores, or in-app progress are for entertainment and display only. They have no monetary value and are not transferable.
You are responsible for your conduct while using the App. You agree not to upload, submit, or transmit content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

The App may store game progress, settings, badges, and a wallet public address locally on your device. The App does not require an account.
If you connect a wallet or use a wallet-related feature, the wallet provider may process data according to its own terms and privacy practices. The App does not access your private keys.
The App may rely on third-party services or libraries, including mobile wallet infrastructure. Those services are provided by their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by device limitations, operating system changes, connectivity issues, or third-party service failures.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on any particular device.
We do not promise any specific score, result, badge, or outcome from use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Krystal Rayne will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of the App.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krystal Rayne from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of laws principles, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
