The App is designed to work primarily on-device. It does not require an account and does not use a backend server in its current form.

The App may store certain information locally on your device, including:

• game progress and scores;
• unlocked badges;
• settings preferences;
• a wallet public address if you connect a wallet feature;
• session history related to local gameplay.

3. Information We Collect

We may collect or store the following categories of information:

• device-stored gameplay data, including score, attempts, badges, and settings;
• wallet public address or other non-sensitive wallet display information that you choose to connect;
• basic technical information needed for the App to function, such as runtime errors or performance data if you enable a future diagnostics feature.

We do not intentionally collect: precise geolocation, payment card data, government ID numbers, biometric data, health data, online account credentials, or data from minors for marketing purposes.

4. How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• run and improve the App;
• save your progress locally;
• show connected wallet status if you choose to use wallet features;
• maintain user-selected settings;
• provide support and troubleshoot issues.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising or profiling.

We may share information only if:

• you direct us to do so;
• a third-party service you choose to use processes information as part of its own service;
• required by law, regulation, or valid legal process;
• needed to protect the App, users, or our rights.

6. Third-Party Services

If you use wallet-related features, the wallet provider may process your wallet connection and related data under its own privacy policy and terms.

Any future analytics, crash reporting, or payment-related services will be disclosed before use and will be limited to what is necessary for the feature to function.

7. Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of majority. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without appropriate consent where required by applicable law.

If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.

8. Data Retention

Because the App is primarily local-first, information is retained on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the App.

If we ever introduce a service that stores data on our systems, we will retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement.

9. Your Choices

You can manage or delete locally stored data by:

• clearing the App's local storage or app data on your device;
• uninstalling the App;
• using any in-app reset or deletion feature we provide in the future.

You may also decline wallet connection or any optional feature.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App.
